I will only use CareAccess Online for :

The purposes of looking up information on Clients (“Clients, Patients or Residents”) who require care or services and who are known to my organisation and to use other functions of CareAccess Online as required in the course of co-ordinating and/or providing care and services to such Clients.

As a User I declare that I :

Have relevant policies and procedures for privacy, confidentiality and consent for Client/Patient/Resident information.
Will adhere to privacy and security laws and principles.
Will ensure that information about the Client/Patient/Resident is used only in accordance with the consent given by the Client/Patient/Resident.
Agree that Client/Patient/Resident information may only be transferred by me only if the recipient has a valid need to know that information.
Agree to act with honesty, integrity and in good faith at all times when using the CareAccess Online and in accessing and using the information on Clients/Patients/Residents therein and in the best interests of those Clients/Patients/Residents.
Understand that if I breach any provision of these terms and conditions, which is incapable of remedy, my use of the CareAccess Online may be suspended immediately.

The CareAccess Online Website www.careaccess.com.au ("Website") is owned and operated by ICN Health Limited ("ICN Health") (ABN 25 114 249 562). Copyright of the Website is owned by ICN Health Limited All Rights Reserved 2008.

Your access to the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the Website (known collectively as "Terms of Use"). The data ("Data") on Clients, Patients and Residents herein is derived from data in the agencies connected to the Central Coast Care Communication Network and is dependent on the accuracy of the data held on those Clients, Patients and Residents by those agencies. All Data is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, a) ICN Health expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind and fitness for a particular purpose, b) ICN Health does not warrant that the Data or your access to the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server which stores and transmits Data to you are free of viruses or any other harmful components, c) ICN Health does not warrant or make any representation regarding your access to, or the results of your access to, the Website (including any related or linked websites) or any Data in terms of correctness, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability or otherwise, and d) you (and not ICN Health) assume the entire cost of any necessary verification, maintenance, repair and/or correction of any relevant Data.

Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of ICN Health) will ICN Health be liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of income or profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, the Website or any Data.
